This bow may appear to be just another above average bow, but it is actually one of the most powerful bows in the game if you factor in the special effects. The base damage of 14 is good, but it is particularly valuable in the hands of an aspiring mage (or a character who frequently does battle with magicka characters)

To do so, you must complete the quest The Bonds of Matrimony, which involves speaking with Maramal about marriage and wearing an Amulet of Mara which signifies that you are available to be married

Still, for a Light Armor user this may be useful if you have any followers with you who prefer this type of armor, and players who use Heavy and take this side might want to take up this new set. Additionally, the ingots on the cart near the entrance do respawn as well as the chunk of ore, but do note guards patrol near here - just wait for them to move and steal them before they turn around

3 years ago 0 0 Skyrim1012 answered: Get the Smithing perk first, than go to Collage of Winterhold there will be a dark elf somewhere usually in the bedrooms and buy all of his Deadra Hearts getting Ebony Ingot can be easily gotten from blacksmiths, last you can't make deadra arrows for the Deadra Bow but if you can find one go to a city at night when the archers are asleep pickpocket him and put the deadra arrow in him and if you want take his steel arrows, now wait till morning when he comes out now he will be shooting infinite deadra arrows just grab them when he shoots them. By the time you need the hearts you should also be able to buy them, and all the ebony you need off of a few waits to make a full suit and weapons with upgrades, hopefully even better through use of an enchanted smithing skill(potions too)
