Prior to coming into their office, I was under the impression that I would either have to buy a whole new phone from Apple or send this phone off to be repaired. My iPhone 5c had a cracked screen and broken display and looks brand new! I was easily able to drop my phone off (no appointment necessary) and grab a bite to eat on Market Street while it was fixed!
