I'd stick with the real food over the liquid meals though, there seems to be a decent insulin response to smoothies and the like which will definitely prevent you from getting super lean. Protein makes us mor full than the other 2 micronutrients and if you have food instead of a supplement like whey then you are going to be getting the fat along with it
