It worked fine (3G unlimited plan transferred from previous iPad), after I connected my new iPad2 to iTunes and registered it.Make sure you swap only the microSIMs and not the microSIM trays. If you try to set up an account it will see the coverage, plenty of 3G signal but the iPad will not be able to connect to a Verizon server to set up an account
